Vehicle ownership documents

I had taken vehicle finance with Wesbank. I paid off the vehicle and Wesbank sent me the document to transfer ownership to my name. My car was broken into and my laptop bag with the documents were taken. I informed Wesbank, they informed me of the steep amount I needed to pay in order for them to get the documents again and the confirmation that I needed to show that the vehicle registered under their name. I did all of that early this year however still no documents and I have had little response from Wesbank. I am very unhappy with their service. I have paid off the vehicle all I require are the papers to show it.
