Vehicle Financed with no registration documents
I purchased a vehicle from Auto Investments in Vanderbijlpark in January 2016.

The license expired on the 31.01.2016 and when enquiring about how I go about reregistering the vehicle in my home province, was when I was informed of the fact that this vehicle had been sold to me without the relevant NaTIS document. The previous dealership from which Auto Investments purchased the VW never did the necessaries to obtain this document and so, I have been sold a car on HP which is still registered to someone else. It has also come to my attention that this vehicle is still registered in the previous owners name.

When queried with Wesbank as to how on earth the vehicle was financed without the NaTIS document, the answer received was \we have a very good relationship with the dealership\". As though that exempts proper procedures.

My request to have this transaction cancelled has been ignored by both Wesbank and Auto Investments in an attempt to buy themselves time to run around and get all the documentation in place, leaving me no option but to move ahead with legal action.

I am beyond disappointed at Wesbank and the staff who carry their name.

"
