Vehicle finance taking toooooooooo long

<p>My husband app**** for vehicle finance with Wesbank and this was approved on the 29th of September 2016. They appointed Titleguard a division of Chocolate Finance as the agent as this was a private sale. Initially they were on the ball and asked the information promptly. There has been several hold ups, first with forms, then with the technical inspection, then with the licence.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been 2 months now and the deal is still not finalised. We have followed up with them on numerous occassions via telephone and email with empty promises that it should be settled tomorrow, just with another excuse.</p> <p> </p> <p>During the last 2 weeks, we don't even receive replies on emails anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received.</p> <p> </p> <p>My other vehicle finance with a different bank took a maximum of 3 weeks to be finalised.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not make use of their services in the future.</p>
