vehicle finance not honest

I app**** for vehicle financing last week from H2 auto for a ford fiesta 2012. Wesbank approved it and I dealt with a Clive du to it. The next morning the dealership called me to say the car was sold so I told Clive I'll just keep looking. Today I sent another application from Oris motors for a picanto 2013 and it was cheaper at R10000. And it was declined. A lady called karen asked wesbank why they declined when they had prior approved an application and the people at wesbank said they've never approved any application I have proof and emails. Wesbank just randomly declines people's application like it's a game but I will expose you because I have all of this on email. You will not get away with this. And I had R5000 deposit and my salary has increased. I'm working in a new company. I will not take dishonesty my saying you have never approved anything because you are lazy. If nothing is done about this I will take this to a higher level. As an FNB account for so many years I'm disgusted and I'm thinking of taking my account else where.
