Vehicle finance headache

I submitted an application for vehicle finance at Wesbank at the beginning of September, with the promise that I will be contacted within 48 hours. That never happened.. I then sent an e-mail requesting assistance, again the promise came that they will be in contact within 48 hours. Once again dead silence.. I then picked up the phone a few days later, and I was told to submit documents, which I did the same day. Again got the message about the 48 hours, guess what? No response from them yet again.. I then sent another e-mail asking why nobody was in contact, they acknowledged receipt of my message, and I was told that it was escalated to a manager, once again nobody has been in contact (7 days later) Today on the 3rd of October, 1 month after my initial application I picked up the phone again to speak to a manager, first I had to hold 7 minutes before the phone was picked up, I was transferred to a manager, having to hold again. When the call reached 15 minutes waiting to speak to someone, I gave up and hung up the phone.. Seriously Wesbank??
