Good day<br> <br> We financed our vehicle at Wesbank. When the debit order went off this month - they deducted double. WE tried to phone Wesbank but their line is off. We also sent various email correspondence, but they never come back to us.<br> <br> We never signed a paper where we allow them to deduct whatever amounts they feel like. We signed for a single debit order of N$2685.13. The reference \GENERAL DR WFB96209E"does not state anything to us"
