Vehicle finance and arrears. Court order threats.

Since I took out vehicle finance with wesbank everything was fine till I lost my job. Last year with covid I requested for my installment to be paid on the end of the month as I don't receive my salary on the 15th anymore, since I've started at a new company. The ladies and gentlemen(Tinyiko, Valentia Letsholo and Thabisho) whom I spoke to just said my vehicle is in arrears and that I should pay the arrears amount. And the Valentin Lady indicated to me she is sorry but she can't help me. I also indicated to them if the installment is not going to be changed I will be in arrears indefinitely. But that didnt help at all.

This year they handed me over to FTE collections and said I should pay the outstanding 36K otherwise they are busy with a court order to get the car back. I borrowed the money and then I was told I have another 1.8K that I must still pay. This lady from FTE said they must just send me an application in order for the payment to be deducted from the end of the month and not the 15th. Its the 3rd already which means they are going to take their own time again and when the vehicle is behind again I must be threatened again with a court order story.

This is a disgrace in how some people are helped and even installments made less to accommodate the clients. But why can't I also be treated the same.

This is really ****************. Its actually sad that when you call the number that's given to you that they can't help you or it has been sent over to that department and this department. But nobody gets back you at all.
