Vehicle Contract

Zero debt was representing me for my debt review that included my vehicle that I bought through Wesbank.

I later found out that Zero debt was not meeting the banks required instalment amount and that led to the vehicle accumulating arrears.

I the received summons from court with Wesbank demanding that I pay the full amount of R22000.00.

I didn't had the kind of amount and resorted to paying R12000.00 so as to bring the arrears down.

I later asked the bank to give me the outstanding arrears amount so that I could pay and bring my account to date.

I later used one of Zero debt lawyers to request the arrears balance of which he did on Monday the 16th of October 2017.

There was no response from the bank their lawyers because they wanted to take this matter to court so that they could gain the Summary Judgement against me.

I wanted to pay the whole outstanding amount of the arrears but I was denied that opportunity.

I now have to hand in over the vehicle to the bank because their lawyer was not corporative and Zero debt lawyer didn’t even went to court to contest the application for judgement against me.
