vehicle

I purchased a vehicle at Thorp Wes bank financed the transaction R1000.00 deposit was paid , in 2015 I app**** for debt review as my debt was creating problems in 2016 I was retrenched company algamated to which I was allowed to complete a contract in July 2017. I was renting UIF was for 6months payment only covered my rent my payments on my vehicle was in arrears in February 2018 I was employed and started payment on my vehicle. In 2019 traces started contacting me claiming I owe R12100.00 ,I consulted with an attorney who discovered a court order was issued which I did not receive at the high court to repossess my vehicle. The attorney was not interested in my case I then approached another attorney who investigated the situation on his discovery he realised my vehicle is paid the cost price was R30700 I paid R33700.00 the difference was an amount of R68000.00 the interest when he liaised with Wes bank they insisted the balance is over R146000.00 My attorney told me Wes bank is charging me for legal fees. The tracers are threating me and Wes bank will not negotiate for a payment arrangement.

My question is I was under debt review how can another court order be issued?

It will be appreciated if someone can assist me as Wes bank does not consider the fact that I was retrenched …

I am not prepared to handover a vehicle that I have paid so much money, Wes bank gets away with ****** but not with me I will not allow it.
