VAP Premium !!!
Wesbank has suddenly started deducting a larger sum for my car installment. The interest rate did not go up. To my investigation i saw that they have added a VAP Premium Outstanding Debt to my account without my Consent. I tried contacting the call center without success this is unacceptable. I did not consent to this.
