VAP insurance
I tried to cancel VAP insurance from Westbank that was added to my account in Jan 2023 I spoke to several agents till I reached Saide Matthew's. After going into FNB and asking for help on the 21st of Sep 2023. Soke to a Renile a Team leader. I was promised a refund and still waiting... And still paying.
