Utterly Disgusted!

Wesbank used the wrong proxy for my NATIS documents, which is preventing my change of ownership from being completed, and my car disc license has expired and I am unable to renew it because of the WESBANK ERROR.

When I informed them of their mistake, they tell me that the incorrect proxy signed the documents, because the person who was supposed to sign no longer worlks for Wesbank!!! Which means the "mistake" was actually made on purpose.

And now they want me to pay an additional fee to courier the upadated documents to me, essentially asking me to pay for their errors.

What kind of customer service is this??

So disappointed because I've had no issues until now, when it really counts.
