Useless Wesbank Agent

I had the most pathetic service agent for a private vehicle sale. His name is Tshepo Ndlovu. All wrong information, a horrible interest rate, always difficult to reach, and never did his job without being pestered. FNB passed the buck when I asked for assistance with vehicle finance. I've left FNB as a result, after being a client for more than 10 years. I should have reported this useless individual when I financed my car.

I have recently financed another vehicle with Wesbank after giving them another chance, at the request of one of their service consultants after she responded to my initial bad review. The service that I received on this occasion was exceptional. The marketer I have been dealing with is Taryn Kok, and I would highly recommend her. Promont responses, and highly professional.
