Useless Wesbank

I have struggling for a year to get my Registration documents for my car. I have emailed and phoned and contact the useless and unhelpful contact centre so many times I can't even count. I just shunted around from one point to the next. Why buy a car through wesbank if you keep the documents forever???

The biggest joke is that the once I get a response, they alter my email so that they can say they can't help me! Is it even legal to change my correspondence?
