Useless and ***********

<p>OK so this issue has been going on since October 2016. I lost my job and had to quickly change my due date as I was going to get some help from family. I had nothing except R900 and I paid that on the 10th of October and then I changed my due date to the 30th of November as that was when I would be able to sort out the October arrears and November payment. I was then charged again at the end of October and then again end of November. I was was told at any point It would be the case I would not have made that change. OK so now I am being charged for every payment I make. Fine as I owe R2000 and some change for the October arrears....I then requested if it possible to change the due date back and reverse the October 30th extra charge. I was told by your debt collector that yes they would....However I have now checked and I see that a change of due date has been made, Charged me R915.34 for it and I still Owe the extra R3000. I am super concerned by this as it is not acceptable at all! If you check my 72 month contract has benn made a 74 month contract and my monthly has now increased nearly R100 a month that is overcharge of R2700 over the remainder of the period as well as all these charges while I wait for some fsort of resolution. No one is assisting with this AT ALL, I am happy to pay what I genuinly owe but I refuse to be ********** by you. I pay each month and you guys are robbing me blind now.</p>
