I DO NOT NEED A COMMISSIONER OF OATH LETTER FOR ADDRESS CHANGES AT MY BANK SO I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ONE NOW.</p> <p>USE MY WATER AND ELECTRICITY BILL AND CHANGE MY RESIDENTIAL AND POSTAL ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY.</p> <p>STOP WASTING MY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>HOW DIFFICULT IS IT FOR WESBANK TO PERFORM A SIMPLE ADMINISTRATIVE TASK?????????????</p> <p>USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
