Unwillingness to pay back money I paid extra after all proof has been given according to what they asked.

Dear Sir/ Madam.

I am now fed up with your excuses and will lodge a complaint against you with the ombudsman. You have now given me 5 different excuses why you are unwilling to pay back my monies and every time I have done what you asked.

1) First you said that I must send you the dates and the payments. (Done) 2) You tell me that it should be in PDF format. (Done) 3) You tell me that you cant repay my monies as you are not a banking institution. 4) You tell me you can repay my moneys if i send you my statements from the bank. (Done) 5) Now you say that the bank statements wont suffice and I need to provide each proof of payment. Where am i supposed to get that? Some of these payments were done 12 months ago. It already cost me money to extract the 12 month statements from the bank.

How can you say that you cant see what I paid over if it explicitly shows it on my FNB and my Statements from you that I have paid R12000 extra. It is on my monthly statement. That is proof enough. Your statement shows it. See your attached statement.

Advance Amount : R 12,817.36. It can not be clearer or easier than this. Your own statement is your proof.

I am giving you 48 hours to sort this out before I make a complaint to the ombudsman and also put in a claim for the monies that you cost me up in till now In the interim I am lodging a complaint on Hellopeter.

Regards

Marius Nel
