Unwanted Policy added to my premium!!

AS I am writing this I am beyond furious with Wesbank/FNB!!!<br> <br> I have always praised this bank and have done and told all my friends to choose Wesbank /FNB when trying to obtain finance for vehicle or other loans.<br> <br> However, I will never do this again. If someone asks me in future I will warn them to stay away, very far away!!!<br> <br> Wesbank added a monthly insurance premium of more than R800 to my account this month!! They claim they have tried numerous times to obtain proof that the vehicle is insured. Proof of insurance was sent to them when the vehicle was purchased. Then now almost 2 years later they contact me once, ONLY ONCE, to ask for proof of insurance. I am still with the same broker they could have just called the broker to enquire if the vehicle is still insured through them. But its easier to just add more money to the premium so they can get rich while the rest of us are running around trying to make a living. <br> <br> My broker wasnt even contacted once!! They claim numerous attempts to me, why not one to my broker<br> <br> Now they have gone ahead and debited an extra R800 from my account after contacting me once. I would love to see their evidence of this numerous attempts. <br> <br> <br>
