Unsatisfactory service from Westbank and Hollard Insurance for ODP claim.

I am very upset about the service that i have received from Hollard Insurance and Westbank. My vehicle was damaged in march 2018 due to the flooding which took place. The day after the incident i called Westbank to make a claim and i was referred to Hollard Insurance to make the claim since this was a ODP claim. After a couple of weeks an assessor from Net Assess came to assess the vehicle and gave a report back that the vehicle is repairable. Since this ODP cover is not a comprehensive cover that meant i would fit the bill for the repairs of the vehicle. Hollard suggested a workshop where i should take my vehicle for the repairs and also stipulated the total cost of repairs. I took my vehicle to the workshop that was suggested and after waiting for over a month, i got feedback that the car is not repairable. So now i have to pay the work shop for something that was not even done to the vehicle. It brings me to the question of how the assessment was conducted, because clearly this vehicle was suppose to be written off, but then again it was clear that by saying the my vehicle is repairable was the easiest way for them to get out of this and i still pay them every month for nothing. I sent Thoko from Hollard a lengthy email after we got the feedback from Net Assess, asking what if there are more damages to the vehicle since Net Assess didn't do thorough assessment. I was dismissed by her saying that they take the assessors final word and my claim was closed. I have since tried to contact her and make her aware of what has happened but she doesn't get back to me and doesn't reply my emails. These companies collude so that they do not have to pay out anything. Its been four months since the incident and i am paying for a car that is parked and is practically a write off.
