Unsatisafactory feedback for debit order change

<p>I callled from ********** , i wanted to change my debit order date, the consultant couldn't help me, he said I must call back tomorrow for a simple thing to change the debit order date, I already paid for November so all I wanted was for them to make it to the first of every month so in this case for the upcoming months from December , the denit order must be on the 1st. I won't be at the office tomorrow also I don't have airtime. I feel that the consultant wasn't helpful enough</p>
