Unprofessional no empathy for struggling client after 5 years

I have been financed by Wesbank since Dec 2011. In the last 2 years I had to go under debt councelling of which they have decreased my monthly premium from R1850 to R1400. Since June 2016 I have been unemployed and my debt councelling also stopped as I could not pay it anymore. Still I managed to pay my car premiums now and then and when I fall in arrears I manage to get it up to date again. However since November 2016 Wesbank changed my contract again without any notification andchanged my premium to over R2000 and now the cotract show it commenced on in November and I have been in arrears ever since. I kept on informing Lindsay Fortein that this is not a new contract and tried to make payamnt arrangements but to no avail. I January 2017 I was informed that my c ar is R4500 in arrears. I managed to pay R2800. Now in February I just received an email from Cecille Brand from Colsol that I need to pay R8200. I rep**** to her when I saw the mail to try and arrange payment dates and amounts. Suddenly on the 3rd of March I just received another email that I need to pay R5900 urgently and that the contract is new and started in November 2016 and that I have ben in arrears ever since. I also need to contact the field agent as futher action is taken against me. To my surprise my statement shows that I am R5400 in arrears and I have made a payment of R1100 already. Also I explained to her on email that ther arrears will be all paid by March and the car will be up to date by April. According to me I should be R4300 in arrears now. Wesbank is unwilling to assist me after paying the car for 5 years and I am only R4300 behind now. I explained that my car is the only way I manage to generate an income. Plus why must I arrange payments with a field agent from colsol I dont understand. I have been emailing wesbank for assistance but all I get is threats from Colsol.
