Unprofessional, demeaning and shoddy service
Following physical threaths onsite to a family member instituted by Noluthando Dlephu at ColSol for uplifment, she gives a deadline knowing very well documents for refinance have been submitted to Wesbank & being processed by Kayolyn Naidoo. An online application was completed onthe19 July 2015 and only recevied a callback yesterday 27 July 2015 for confirmation of particulars, etc. One would imagine that if Noluthando Dlephu was really sorry as she claims on her measly email, she would have realised that she is punishing me of processes beyong my control. It has taken Wesbank 10 days to revert back to me regarding the processing of the application, while Noluthando Dlephu's deadline still stands. That is ridiculous, I have no say whatsover in internal Wesbank processess and their turn around time. Why is she be so rigid and impersonal, the process is ongoing, documents have been submitted and awaiting finalisation - but she is insistent on her bullying and threatening tactis. What utter ******* for somebody to think they can overlook their own companies internal processess but yet hold the client responsible for them. Atrocious Her deadline must be reviewed with immediate effect.

In the case of a deceased estate, all correspondence is filtered through the executors of same in keeping with the rule of law. With this in mind, the executors were therefore obligated to ensure that that due process was observed following the feedback provided to us in terms of the promised in October 2014. We therefore vehemently deny that our agent has acted prejudicially in lieu of the facts presented because any action taken corresponds with the Bank's processes. We therefore implore you to be mindful of this information and allocate accountability appropriately.
Great exceptions are being made to accommodate this exceptional circumstance and every effort will be made to bring the undertaking to fruition successfully.
