Unprofessional and don't deliver on promises!

I app**** for and was approved a loan on Saturday, and was told the money has been transferred (on Saturday) and that it should be in my account in two working days. This to me as confirmed by the lady on the other end meant by the end of Tuesday. Tuesday I did not receive the funds and was told it would be in my account on Wednesday. However, it is now Friday and the money has still not reflected in my account! When I call them DAILY since Monday they insist that they have paid me. I have since requested proof of payment so that my bank can track the funds if they indeed were paid, but each time I am told someone will get back to me. NO ONE HAS! I still have still not received the funds a WEEK LATER! What is truly disappointing is that they are probably already charging interest on an amount clearly hasn't been disbursed into my account. I am extremely disappointed at the unprofessionalism and lack of transparency afforded to me by this entity. If the funds were indeed transferred into my account, why is it so hard t provide me with the proof of payment? I regret applying for this loan and would NEVER recommend someone to apply!!
