Unprofessional

I called Wesbank to cancel my contract with The Glen Carmart where I bought a car and it had lot of faults even with a AA certificate saying everything is perfect and they did not disclose those problems to me when I buy this car .They took the car for 4 days to fix it after 4 days they gave it back to me with the same faults not being fixed .Wesbank sent me an email promised to talk to them and come back to me but never did , but everytime I call Wesbank they say they will call me back until i called car dealer myself and they gave me back the car but I don't trust them and what if next month some new fault come out .I am not happy about Wesbank service as my financier who is going to protect me now .
