<p>Let me get to the point, last year November one of agents in the insurance department called me to sell me a policy I did not agree to take the policy I asked the agent to give me a call back instead he inforced the policy without my permission which is *****, this is completely unacceptable, I have been calling your call centres to get my refund and all I am getting is excuses and mediocre customer service I have car insurance with a different provider taking money from my account is ********, it's against FAIS and consumer protection act I will even take this matter further up to your CEO and the ombudsman it's been 3 weeks that you have promised to refund my money thats after one of your consultants confirmed that in the initial recording i did not agree to this policy you have no right to deduct my account without my permission it's *****, I won't accept your excuses PAY BACK THE MONEY or are you *******?</p> <p>My acc number is ********** 2429</p>
