Unknown Account Status and No Resolution given

<p>I have purchased my first Vechile through Wesbank, after setteling this Vehcile payment in 2013 I received my Paid Up letter, Received my Papers and the Car was later sold.</p> <p> </p> <p>More than 3 Years have past and I have decided to Purchase myself a 2nd hand vechile from a Family member and App**** online. Recevied my email that the application is being processed and will hear back from a Consultant within 24hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 Days later I still have not received any news on the Application and decided that I will give them a call and find out the status of my application. </p> <p> </p> <p>After a Long process of getting to the right department after the phone was dropped more than 3 times, I was told that my application was Declined. She refered me to the Legal dparment which could not see anything wrong with this account as it has been closed... </p> <p> </p> <p>After being transfered from deparment to deparment trying to find out what the problem is regarding my account, I was told by the Private to Private deparment that my Application was declined due to "Wesbank Conduct" and that I will not be able to apply for any Financing with Wesbank for the next 5 Years............</p> <p> </p> <p>I still do not know how this can be possible as I cant remember that this was handed over or that any Payments was missed as on my ITC Record there is no sign of any missed payment of any sort.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cant explain how I feel right now...........</p> <p> </p> <p>HOPEFULLY they can get in contact with me and get this problem resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
