Unhappy with wesbank

My name is sechaba Malesela Rassel Raditla and I bought a vehicle with the registration YBV253GP in pretoria north in 2014 September. It was a VW golf tenacity 1.4, my very first car. It was financed by Westbank, a division of FNB. In 2018 I settled the vehicle at over R50 000, and they sent me certificates and other documents of the vehicle. I never went to the traffic department to register or change the ownership of the vehicle because I never intended to sell the vehicle. Fast forward 5 years later, I noticed the documents were misplaced and this is my fault. Sl

I called Wesbank to inform them of my intention to sell the vehicle and requested to be sent documents of the vehicle, i waited a long time on the line waiting for someone at the call center to pick up, a lady who's name I ddint catch told me I would need to pay around R850 to receive certificate of the vehicle and that she would send me Natis forms which I needed to fill in, and that they would come with banking details, this was the 18th of Nov. Despite her confirming my details which still exist on the data base, including my email, she said she would send me the documents, i waited but nothing was sent to me.

I called again on Monday and after what felt like a lifetime, a lady named Silindokuhle picked up and I informed her of the situation, and she told me that I should confirm that Wesbank is still the title holder, despite me telling her that I never ever went to register the vehicle, and that wesbank is still the title holder, she said I must go to the traffic department and provide proof that indeed they are still the title holder, which to me did not make any sense.

Why would I waste my airtime for days trying to get them to send me documents, only to be told I must prove that they are the title holder. As angry as I was I went to the traffic department, and they told me their printers don't work but offered to take a picture of the current status of the vehicle, even the guy at traffic department was laughing at me when I explained that I'm here to prove that Im not a title holder, to an institution that financed the vehicle to begin with. He took a photo of the status of the vehicle. And I forwarded the pic to Wesbank, and to this day, nothing has come of this.

Im planning to show up at Wesbank offices in Johannesburg (I'm from hammanskraal) with all my credentials, including my CV and photo from the traffic department to prove they are the title holder, and anything they want, il even throw in blood samples to prove I'm who I say I am.
