Unhappy have an arrangement that means nothing to you
I have a standing payment arrangement with you while I'm looking after my premature baby on maternity leave with no salary coming in yet you are sending me death threats and calls every day that I'm behind what is the ****** point of an arrangement I'm trying my best to make these arrangements, I want to escalate this to a manager I've been a very loyal customer and now that I need you I am treated like garbage NOT ON WESBANK , My loan will be paid soon and if someone does not assist me with this I will NEVER deal with you again as a bank
