Unhappy

We bought a vehicle from a dealership and within a few weeks we had a issue with vehicle. We asked bank to intervene we wanted another vehicle or cancel sale. Wesbank contact dealership to fix vehicle but the dealership did not comply to request of repair they try to take a cheaper route. We got vehicle back stating to dealership that if gearbox which was not repaired they replaced a gearbox mounting. We asked for a report stating to the fact it not gearbox about 2 weeks after gearbox started up again went back to dealership owbe refusing to take responsibility vehicle to dealership to check it gearbox we asked wesbank to intvine again but dealership only willing to pay half of repairs of R40 000 we bought vehicle with faulty gearbox we complained within time of cancelation I feel wesbank failed us as clients

Still no resolution we COMPLAINED IN GIVEN TIME TO CANCEL VEHICLE OR ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT COMPLY TO FIX THE GEARBOX THEY REPLACED A GEARBOX MOUNTING. WHEN WE PICKED UP VEHICLE ON 1ST REPAIR THEY WILL STILL BE LIABLE FOR GEARBOX REPAIRS. NOW WESBANK IS SAYING WE MUST WAIT FOR MIOSA DECISION WORST OF ALL THEY DON'T EVEN COMMUNICATE. HOW IS THIS FAIR WE COMPLAINT WITHIN 5 WEEKS AFTER SALE NOW WE GET EXPECTED TO PAY ANOTHER R20 000 FOR HALF OF GEARBOX REPAIRS BUT VEHICLE WAS SOLD WITH MALFUNCTION GEARBOX EVEN 1ST REPAIR THEY STILL NOT COMPLY NOW WESBANK SAYING THEY CAN'T INTERVINE
