I have two loans from WesBank. I have made arrangements with them how many times since 2024 to change my account from debit order to eft payments. Now that I want to trade one of my vehicles in for another, I'm getting declined because WesBank change my account to "Account under Reconstruct". When I phoned them, they told me I have app**** for Debt Review that is why my account was changed. I did not apply for debt review and why is only my account with WesBank showing this and not my other accounts. They told me it will take six months to change the account description on their side. So, I must wait six months to wait for them to fix their mistake.

16 May 2025, 12:37It is a month later, WesBank promised me that they will fix my account. I've checked my account today and still it shows account under reconstruct. This is really unacceptable. How long am I still going to wait for WesBank to fix this as soon as possible!!!!!! I need this fixed now.
