Unfortunate Experience with WesBank - Exploitative Practices towards a Pensioned Widower

I am writing this review with a heavy heart and a deep sense of disappointment after experiencing what I can only describe as exploitative practices from WesBank. My interaction with this financial institution has left me disheartened and questioning the ethics of their business operations.

the customer service my pensioned mother received was subpar, with representatives being aggressive and manipulative. taking advantage of vulnerable individuals, especially those dealing with the loss of a spouse.

I strongly advise others, especially those in similar circumstances, to approach WesBank with caution and consider alternative options that prioritize fairness and compassion
