Unfairly affecting credit rating

<p>One month ago my verhicle was settled with Wesbank. I have on multiple occasions sent the proof of settlement to them. I have even sent proof from the bank who did the settlement that the funds were transfered. Wesbank refuse to send me the Natis document, and are now calling me for collections. This is affecting my credit rating, and they do not care. I feel that this is unfair, as this was not my fault. </p> <p> </p> <p>This needs to be resolved urgently, but each time I try to escalate the matter it gets treated as low priority. Does the bank simply not care about its customers and the credit rating????</p>
