Unfair treatment from wesbank

I contacted wesbank regarding my settlement letter last week.From yesterday I called and send them emails but still no settlement letter was send,just now I received call from their sheriffs telling me they coming to fetch the car.y r they doing this to us??N why they delay my sattlement letter and also sending me sherrifs???
