On the 26th November 2015 my vehicle was repossessed by one of wesbank agents called JD group and the person who took the vehicle was Puseletso Molefe.

He signed the inspection form as the vehicle was in a good state, and then on the 19th of December I managed to raise funds and paid wesbank to fetch my vehicle at burchmores in woodmead, upon my arrival the stores manager advised me that the vehicle was immobile and it was towed when it came in.

I then contacted wesbank who in return promised to follow up with their agent and they did confirm that as per the inspection form indeed the vehicle was moving when it was taken.

I then spoke to a lady by the name of Janet Hann and Mcdonald Gumbi from wesbank who said she will investigate the matter i then took the vehicle to VW in midrand and they said the vehicle was tampered with and on email they say they consulted a vw mechanic who said its electrical problem however i used my money to get it fixed because i had to use the vehicle.

I then sent wesbank all the invoices and proof of payments so that they can reimburse me for the damages caused by their agent, they then came back to me saying its now a matter between me and the agent and they want to take the vehicle again before this matter is resolved.

All i need is for my grievances to be solved i paid them R10k in july as I told them the R30000 spent on repairs need to be credited into my account and they refusing and are putting on the spot to surrender the vehicle to them.

I am willing to pay the normal monthly instalments cos now it seems wesbank is taking the story from jd group and not mine, the vehicle has never given me problems the service history is up to date.
