unfair treatment

Wesbank as reputable financing company as it is has disappointed me & my wife despite being the client for >5 years, the agreed debit date has been the 26th of every month since 2015 on a newly purchased vehicle with few months where by the 26th was on Monday & the debit still went through fine, on November 2017 somehow they decided to debit on 24th without making any agreement/arrangements & within 24 hours without enough funds the debit bounces back, on the 28th of the same month they`ve already handed account for collections with added fees of >R500 whereas the account is not in areas & for heaven sake its still November month why penalize the client when they decided to debit 2 days before the agreed date this kind of service contributes to lowering the clients credit score & if this is how collectors will make money is wrong behavior.
