Unfair treatment

<p>I have cancelled my warranty with motorite since my vehicle was a write off. Motorite paid the lump sum to my finance house (wesbank). </p> <p>On Saturday the 18th, I wrote an email to my consultant to prepare the refund for me as my car was settled by my insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr. Williams has done the request for the refund on the 20th, I called in and I was told the refund will clear within 48 hours, till now the money is not in my bank account.</p> <p>Thanks to wesbank finance department I also lost on car deal as the refund was going to be part of my deposit, another client took the car and I am back to square one to look for car</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
