Unfair shortfall request after Settlement:

I financed a vehicle through Wesbank in 2018. I insured the vehicle with discovery insure. I had an accident about 2 months ago, the car was written off. Insurance paid the bank what I suppose was the settlement value of the car then. There was however a shortfall after this settlement value has been paid by insurance. The shortfall insurance then kicked in and settled the difference.

However now Wesbank still come s back to me and wants me to pay an additional shortfall of about R62k which I do not understand how it come about that I must pay shortfall of a settled shortfall.
