Unfair Redtape by Wesbank

I app**** for finance through my business banker at FNB for solar system. I got an approval on 17 February 2023 at Wesbank. However they declined my supplier and said the supplier is "not approved" by Wesbank. I then asked them to provide me with the list of approved suppliers.

The suppliers they provided are not responsive, Only one supplier managed to send me a qoute after tons of follow ups. They didn't even come and to do a site visit, this is common with this kind of work. My second problem with this supplier is price. They quoted me twice the amount my own supplier quoted me.

My biggest frustration is that, I am seating with funding from Wesbank that I cannot use because Wesbank wants to control who the funds go to, it's been a month now. I have tried to supply them with numerous quotes from different suppliers and they keep on rejecting them. They are insisting that I use they own people but they own people don't want to help. I am not even sure what Wesbank is doing is fair towards other companies.
