Unfair policy

Hi<br> I do not agree with you penalty imposed when settling my account<br> And yes, please do not say it is written into the contract, anything can be written into a contract, it does not make is fair even if written into a contract.<br> I paid 54 of my 60 months and then decided to sell my car while car is within it's 60 month warrantee period, still you choose to impose an every contract termination penalty, shame on you<br> I thus choose to not finance my new car with you, instead went with Mercedes Benz finance, that does not impose such penalties<br> I would also strongly advice all friends to NOT finance with you, due to you unreasonable penalty policy.<br> Basically what you say is, you cannot / should not cell your car in 60 months, as Westbank says to the world this is bad policy, rather wait for 60 months, then once your car is out of warranty and Westbank have make as much as they can from you, then try and sell your car that is now out of warranty.<br> Greed do make you loose customers<br> Go well Westbank, well done!!!
