Unfair Judgement from Wesbank

I have a judgement as a surety from Wesbank dated 2015 without any communication from them. I found out that I was listed in 2016 ,called Wesbank several times regarding this matter, to date no one actually gives me the decisions taken. I believe if I was notified , the account would have been paid. And if communications were sent to the main debtor with no luck, I was supposed to be updated .
