Unfair bank please stay away!!

I had vehicle finance at wesbank. I had a accident in april where someone hit me from the back the car was written off and my insurance paid out to wesbank but there was a shortfall.

I called wesbank and made arrangements to pay the money back and both parties agreed on the amount. I have been making faithful payments every month. When i checked my credit record weabank has listed the amount as overdue even though i was paying. This reflects negative on my record and will affect my financial situation. And future. I called in again and was rudely told it will stay on my name as overdue till i was paid up? This is not fair at all!
