Unexplained fees??

<p>Hi. I have received a settlement letter from Wesbank a while ago incl fees that i am no quering with no proper response from Colsol, LJLEGAL and Wesbank itself! This is not fait in accordance to the NCA. I have asked several times to explain as I do not agree with the figure. But I get ignored and thrown balances to settle account. Surely i am entitled to know EXACTLY what I pay for?</p>
