Unexplained charges

<p>Terrible... i have been requesting the accounts department to explain to me where the amount of R384.31 outstanding on my account is coming from and i was told that someone would call me back to explain since October 2016 and to date no one has bothered to caa me. My last debit order was supposed to be the 25th March....Can someone please call be back urgently!!!!!!</p>
