UNEXPLAINED ADVERSE CREDIT SCORING
I HAD APP**** FOR PRIVATE MOTOR VEHICLE FINANCE WHICH WAS DECLINED (REF PRV***). It was declined due to a \bad debt written off"status on my Direct Axis Debt which was actually settled in full but was stated incorrectly on WESBANK system. I requested a settlement confirmation letter from Direct Axis which I received and promptly sent through to Wesbank to have this application reassessed. I received a call from Elizabeth May who informed me that although I had settled my Direct Axis account in full"
