Unauthorized deduction and poor feedback
You've deducted an amount for a policy from my husbands account without his consent. We have sufficient car insurance and instead of making sure of this a policy was issued. He has been struggling for over a week to get feedback on this matter without any success. If this is not resolved by the end of today we will escalate this matter to the FAIS Ombudman.
