Unauthorized cover cancellation

<p>My cover was cancelled due to "early deduction process"... to add insult into injury I apparently cancelled the cover myself... HOW??! When I'm financed by Wesbank and deductions are linked to my installment.</p> <p>And I would have never known because I never received any notification of this "cancellation" either... If I didn't have this 3rd party claim I would have never checked or known. I'm really shocked, I've been with Wesbank for long and they give good service - this is honestly disappointing, there needs to be better synergy between same house business units - I hope my claim can be resolved and cover reinstated accordingly.</p>
