UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

<p>After numerous calls tp WesBank, I was promised that I will be contacted regarding the problem that was cuased by their incompenent staff. Preolin promised me that his supervisor will contact me personally before the end of business today. Once again they ****. In the meantime I cannot get my car serviced, because WesBank refuse to correct their mistake. This is totally unacceptable!!! Every month they are on time with their debit order, but there is not one single copentent person who can help me. WesBank is not interested to correct their mistake and resolve this problem in a professional manner. SHAME ON YOU! </p>
