Unable to change my banking details in 3 months

I've been trying since 26 October to change my banking details with Wesbank. The premium was always collected from my husband's bank account in the past. I requested for Wesbank to change the banking details to my own account. I faxed through the information and documentation they requested early November, I also e-mailed it to them on the 10th of November. I spoke to them telephonically and reconfirmed my details later in November as a premium was once again deducted from my husband's account and it was done so wrongfully so in other words it was unsuccessful. When I spoke to them on the phone, I asked them directly to deduct the two months together, which the consultant then confirmed. End of November yet again they only deducted one payment and yet again it was done wrongfully from my husband's account. Therefore I am still one month behind on my payments, even though the money is lying in my account for two months now. Today I was contacted from a dept collector. I told her my story, which she then looked up on and confirmed that a successful payment was made after an unsuccessful payment and that they only deducted one payment even though two payments were suppose to be deducted. She said she also found it strange that Wesbank would do that and that the info on my bank account number matched the correct information and that she does not understand why they still deduct from my husband's account. Now the debt collection agency will deduct one month payment tonight, together with their fee and a 10% levy. It is totaly unacceptable from Wesbank to expect me to pay penalties due to Wesbank being unable to deduct the right amounts against the right bank account after being contacted and confirmed. I expect the dept collecters fee and 10% levy to be paid back to me if deducted and that Wesbank will treat this with the urgency it deserves, and professionality that is expected from Wesbank.
