Ugly service

<p>in 2012 my husband bought a car through wesbank and because he is never at home as he is a soldier wesbank gave him some firms that he must sign to give me total authority to be able to deal with wesbank together with my id copy and cell number later everytime i call them im being tranfered from pillar ti post until they refuse to help me.on the 16/02/17 i called again as usual no one helped me until i went to fnb in quagga center and sole to one consultant who phoned them,i was so angry i ened up asking for a closeout balance and i settled the account.to date no communication from fnb not even a statement to show that the account is settled! "How can we help you"this is so sad bcause u get the worst service from them! Very unhappy customer</p>
