Trying to claim OPD insuarance

Since Monday I have been trying to claim for my ODP. Since then, my claim hasn't been processed and lack of communication. I spent almost 500 since Monday trying to call them but have been sent from one side to another. There is actually no progress, being sent from one person to another. This is very poor service and very stressful.
